KEYNOTE SPEAKER | PANEL HOST | MC

My diverse life experience and refusal to be niched provide a platform for vibrant and varied conversations across a range of topics.
The thread, however, remains the same, because there are gaps between what we know and what we do.
Most people already know what needs to change. At work. In teams. In themselves. They just hesitate, and that’s where I work: closing the gap.
Because knowing isn’t the hard part; getting moving is.
Whether it’s a keynote on mindset, hosting panel conversations on inclusion, or simply sharing stories from personal challenges and pursuits, my presence on stage is the constant.
The topic changes. I don’t.
DISABILITY IS THE LENS. NOT THE LABEL
Why me.
I'm sparkly, bright, and bold. I have stories and opinions, and candour when sharing them on stage that challenges how people think in more ways than one. I'm relatable; the speaker that people see themselves in, because that's what actually drives change. Gap, mindset, marathons, disability, whatever the topic. I'm the secret sauce.
DO THE THING
01
Most people already know what they want. They’re just waiting. This is the gap between knowing and doing, told through a world record attempt happening in real time. Just sign up. Deal with it later.
BEYOND THE BOX
02
I’m not the inspiration. I’m the proof of concept. A talk about labels, who gets handed them, and what happens when you refuse to fit in one box.
MADE FOR THE ROOM
03
At the end of the day, it’s me as a human and my story. The topic is shaped around your audience. I’ve been booked to speak on mindset, disability inclusion, travel, fitness and identity, and I’m open to more. Tell me about your event, and we’ll build it together.

THEIR VOICE, NOT MINE
“Giselle approached us with her story and immediately engaged our team with her openness and adaptability. She hosted a virtual lunch and learn session that combined lived experience with real data and made space for meaningful questions. Attendees left with practical ideas on how to create a more inclusive workplace, and real motivation to act”
